General Policy

Bids on SMMPanel.lol are payments for advertising visibility on our leaderboard. Once a bid payment is confirmed and the listing is active, bids are generally non-refundable.

Eligible Refund Cases

  • Duplicate charges due to technical errors
  • Payment processed but bid not activated due to system failure
  • Listing rejected by admin moderation (starting bid may be refunded)
  • Campaign not delivered due to Platform outage

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Successful bids on active campaigns
  • Being outbid by a competitor
  • Change of mind after payment
  • Campaign expiration

How to Request a Refund

Contact us through our contact page with your payment ID and reason for the request. Refunds are reviewed within 5–7 business days.
